Crystal received her B.A. in Psychology from California State University Northridge in 2017. There she learned about the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and went on to pursue and receive her M.S. in ABA in 2019. Crystal has worked with clients in the home, school, and clinic setting. She has experience designing behavior reduction, skill acquisition, and parent support programs. Crystal’s goal as a behavior analyst is to continue making a difference in the lives of the clients she serves and teach parents more about the field of ABA.
Alberto Areliz, MA
Behavior Consultant, In-Home Services
Alberto has over 15 years of experience in the field of behavior analysis. He started as a behavioral therapist for 2.5 years where duties included working directly with the children (ages ranged from 3-12 years old) and their families focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction in the home, community, and school settings. As a supervisor, Alberto was responsible for the assessment of skills and maladaptive behaviors, as well as, developing and managing such interventions for each of his clients (ages ranged from 2-24 years old). In addition to direct case management, Alberto has served as a program manager for adaptive skills. In this role, Alberto was responsible for selecting and training staff members, overseeing the quality assurance of the program, and continued to develop plans to target functional skills in the home and community.
Alberto earned his Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Northridge with a degree in Psychology and earned a Master’s degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Los Angeles.
